If you are contemplating going to one of the best and youngest honeymoon destinations in India, then you must head straight to Andaman. Nestled between the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea, this is an archipelago of about 600 islands blessed with unique tropical rainforest, exotic beaches, rare forest animals and a history that reminds us of the stark reality of what Indian freedom fighters went through.
There are regular direct flights and many also travel by boat from Visakhapatnam, Chennai and Kolkata. Foreigners and NRIs get a Protected Area Permit (PAP) on arrival, valid for 30 days in Port Blair.
